INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup grated Soap (Castile Soap is a common choice) 1/4 cup hot water 1/2 teaspoon Organic Hemp Seed Oil 2 tablespoons Glycerine Few drops of Essential Oil (optional, for fragrance or therapeutic properties) Method Dissolve the soap in the hot water. Stir in the Hemp Oil. Add the Glycerine and any Essential Oils you might want. You can add more if more fragrance, if desired. Pour the Shampoo into your bottles and seal the caps tight. Robert is a very skilled practitioner and I don't think I've ever received such a thorough and complete treatment before whereby all facets of the body are integrated so expertly.I would say Robert isn't your typical or mainstream remedial massage therapist. A true body healer. It was a great experience to have a professional work on my body who could tell me why different areas were sore/tight and then to release these areas. Some years ago, I took my now 17 year old sons to Robert for a massage. They were very unhappy and nervous about the whole business. Robert helped me when all of a sudden I had "wry neck" It was incredibly painful, I could hardly move my head. One visit and I was well on my way to recovery. Turned up at Radiant Therapies :a) wound up like a clockb) expecting an easy relaxing massage Well, I have to say, because of my poor condition, relaxing is not what I got. An hour of full participation in my therapy, as opposed to lying back expecting Robert to do all the work, made things fall into place.
