As founder of Al-Shafa, Sam adopts a practical and compassionate approach centered on you.  Each session is engineered to empower and connect you to your emotional soul essence. 

As an empath,  Sam honours and holds space for heavy emotions which in turn allows for their release. As the emotions lift and shift,  the body is allowed to bring to consciousness, with its unique language, key messages that may have been surpressed and keeping you suspended in time.

This is all done by

identifying key dense emotions  supporting you through the process of shedding heavy emotional weight,gently challenging and guiding the clearing of your limiting beliefs,balancing your chakras through Reiki/energy healing,providing a safe space where you can explore the seeds of your perspectives and make a conscious decision as to whether to alter or keep.
