Mark Thomas’s working background is in strategic Sales and Marketing and training positions. Mark’s career has been diverse ranging from being an employee to owning his own successful business. He is self-motivated and self-sufficient with very sound communication at all levels. Effectively managing one’s mental health will allow significant improvements to the quality of life, increases the capacity to support families and the future of their next generations. Mark’s strengths are he is a good listener, non-judgmental and can assist with work and relationship challenges and help increase someone’s capacity to move forward in areas where they need assistance. He has had his own personnel life ups and downs. Mark has overcome adversities by understanding and focusing on the situation, putting together goals, remaining on task and not to be too tough on one-self.
